3. Final sales and custom products

Dollygo products are manufactured and welded according to customer specifications.
As such, all sales are final, subject to the exceptions outlined in the Refund and Return Policy (damaged products or manufacturing defects).

4. Customer responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Provide accurate information when placing an order

• Review applicable policies prior to purchase

• Have the appropriate equipment to receive pallet-delivered orderste

Dollygo reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the content of its policies, its service terms, or any information published on its website.

6. In-Store Pickup

For any order to be picked up in-store, the client must confirm the date and time of arrival in advance with our customer service team.

It is the client’s responsibility to arrive within business hours and according to the agreed time slot.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. (lunch break)
