Refund policy

1. Nature of Orders (Quotes Only)
The Dollygo website is used solely to submit quotes.
No transactions or payments are processed online.
After a quote is submitted, a member of the Dollygo team will contact the client to validate the information, make any necessary adjustments, and confirm the order.
A quote becomes a confirmed order only after validation with a Dollygo representative, including by phone or in writing.
2. Payment Terms
No payment is required at the time of quote submission.
Upon confirmation with a representative, the client may proceed using one of the following payment methods:
- Account billing (bank transfer / electronic funds transfer)
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard only)
- Cheque
The selection made during the quote submission represents an intention of payment only and may be modified prior to the final transaction.
All payments are processed externally, outside of the website.
For any transaction of $2,000 or more, payment is automatically processed under the “account billing” method. In such cases, credit card payments are not accepted, and payment must be made via electronic funds transfer or cheque.
Dollygo reserves the right to confirm, adjust, or refuse any transaction prior to processing payment.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the initial quote. If required, they are calculated after the quote is received and communicated to the client prior to final confirmation.
Dollygo commits to charging only the actual costs from the third-party carrier responsible for delivery, with no markup.
4. Final Sales
All Dollygo products are custom manufactured according to client specifications. Once payment has been made, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted, except as outlined in Section 5 below.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
Despite the final nature of all sales, Dollygo will review claims in the following cases:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect identified upon receipt
The client must contact Dollygo within a maximum of seven (7) days following receipt and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
Any claim submitted after this period may be denied.
6. Repair Service
In eligible cases, repair is the primary remedy. Dollygo will cover the return of the product, the repair, and the reshipment, at no cost to the client.
7. Other Remedies
If repair is not possible or reasonable, Dollygo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the product or issue a refund.
8. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or misuse
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Failure to follow usage or maintenance instructions
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming an order or validating a quote, the client acknowledges having read and accepted all applicable Dollygo terms and conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- This return and refund policy
- The privacy policy
- Terms of service
- Shipping policy
These documents form an integral part of the general terms of sale.
