Shipping policy

1. In-store pickup
By default, all orders are prepared for in-store pickup.
Dollygo offers free in-store pickup for all orders. However, it is possible to request delivery by contacting our team (see section 2).
Pickup details (date, time, and location) will be confirmed with the client once the order is ready.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. (lunch break)
2. Delivery Request
It is possible to request delivery by contacting our team via email or phone.
Two options are available:
- Use your own carrier (no additional fees from Dollygo)
- Use our delivery service
If you choose for Dollygo to arrange delivery, shipping fees will be added to your order (see section 3). These fees will be processed as a separate transaction requiring payment method entry.
Once delivery is confirmed by the client and processed by Dollygo, it is final and non-refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of the request.
In the event of an error attributable to Dollygo, delivery fees will be refunded.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:
- Number of dollies ordered
- Number of pallets required
- Delivery address (province and region)
- Fuel surcharge
- Requested delivery date
- Signature requirements
- Additional handling required for order preparation
- Box weight and dimensions (if shipped by parcel)
Dollygo reserves the right to adjust shipping fees without prior notice.
Shipping fees are entirely the responsibility of the client.
Dollygo commits to charging only the actual transportation costs as billed by the carrier, as well as any additional handling fees required for order preparation. No additional markup is applied to shipping. Dollygo also commits to establishing the most advantageous shipping costs for the client’s situation.
Fees are determined fairly, transparently, and based on the specific parameters of each shipment.
3.1 Dolly Shipping
Any order containing a dolly is shipped on a pallet due to its size and handling requirements.
In this case, shipping fees are adjusted accordingly. Pricing is structured in tiers based on the total volume of the order.
3.2 Accessories Shipping
Order including a dolly
When an order includes at least one dolly, all non-welded or removable accessories are shipped together with the dolly(ies) on the designated pallet(s). Shipping for these accessories is included in the pallet rate. No additional shipping fees apply.
Order containing only accessories
When an order does not include any dolly, shipping is done by parcel. Shipping fees are then calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
Dollygo reserves the right to ship an order on a pallet when doing so reduces shipping costs.
3.3 Possible Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply in certain situations, including:
- Delivery to a location more than 260 km from the facility
- Request for a specific or guaranteed delivery date
- Special transportation or handling requirements
3.4 Validation of Additional Fees
Dollygo will contact the client by phone to confirm acceptance before processing the order.
No additional charges will be applied without the client’s consent.
3.5 Refusal of Shipping Fees
If the client refuses the proposed shipping fees, the following options are available:
- In-store pickup, free of charge
- Full order cancellation (the preauthorized amount will be released)
Dollygo reserves the right, in certain situations, to cancel an order if no acceptable solution can be reached with the client.
4. Delivery Area
Delivery is currently available only within the province of Quebec.
Clients located outside Quebec are invited to contact Dollygo customer service to verify the possibility of placing an order and arranging a suitable delivery solution.
5. Order Reception
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment to receive and unload the pallet at the delivery address (e.g., forklift, loading dock).
The carrier is not responsible for providing handling equipment.
Any delays, refused deliveries, or additional fees resulting from a lack of equipment or site accessibility remain the client’s responsibility.
6. Shipping Delays
Manufacturing and shipping times may vary depending on order complexity and current production volume.
Estimated timelines are provided for reference only and may be modified without notice.
